How to restore Uhost to factory default

Uhost boots fine the first time. I may have set the wrong screen resolution and now the screen went black after the Android logo. Does anyone know how to do a uhost hard factory reset without booting into Android?

    Thanks!

You can reflash Uhost using LiveSuit, if your TV does not support 1080p you need to find one to change to lower resolution.

OR you can put your tiny little Uhost in your pocket, find yourself a suitable TV set, reboot and put back the correct resolution

Sounds like a much easier solution, was too focused to answer the full question

Thanks everybody, finally found a TV that can do 1080p. After changing to 720p, everything seems good now.
