Well, Youtube works, but I think its html5 there, because I installed flash from Market and kongregate.com games wont load.

thanks for this. I flashed it and this is what I found:
-camera force closes
-no sound in any application
-screen does not change orientation
-you tube video do not play
-videos from my SD card cannot be played either
No such file or directory when I try adb shell busybox chmod 6711 /system/xbin/sh

- Orientation works fine for me
- camera closes only for the first time, reboot couple times
- youtube plays fine in browser and the Youtube app
- I played Angry birds with sound just fine
- didn't test videos, but don't know why you have issues

So far, it's only missing root, otherwise it's a perfect daily ROM.

I rebooted several times and I tried to re-flash this a few times too, but always with the same results.
I cannot even start Angry Birds. Here is the logcat.

The Error AudioFlinger, Error AudioTrack and Error SoundPool sequence seems to pop up every time the system is mean to play any sound.

Try flashing the official 4.0.3 build in the other topic, if the issues persist.

I've already tried it. Sounds and screen orientation work fine. But market is missing and I cannot test youtube or any other games/apps

Tried the lordbsm script ? Has older versions of Gapps, but you could still try the apps

Yes I tried to use the script. It seemed to run fine, but the tablet got stuck at the "t-pad" screen at boot. I tried to do this twice and then I gave up
