Teclast P76Ti usb socket fallen out

Hello All

Can anyone supply me with Teclast support email. The USB charge socket fine fine until i went to charge it the other day and the socket just pushed in and now its just rattling around the inside. I know it said they have a 5 in 1000 failure rate i guess i am one of them.

What good will Teclast support email do in this case? You need to contact your seller for help or open up the device and fix it your self.

I had the same problem.....the usb socket just broke....and remained in the socket... no charging ...no connections.... dead... got it repaired locally.. it lasted only one week ---- fortunately i was visiting Shanghai in China, and wrote to the company about their service station. Visited the service station there. hey told me will take 10 days.. but requested as I was visiting for 5 days....
after 5 days .. my p76ti was ready and i have been using it till now....

I think they have changed the mother board completely. Could not ask them - due to language issue. AND they did not charge me a penny. All for free.
