There is no real manual for the a10t, because the actual operating system is how you use the device.
What you need to do is update yourself to ICS, use the cwm5+cm9 thread, the first post shows how to put ics on your a10t.

realy iam very afraid from Failure of the process "upgrade" and my A10t stay without system
