Exclamation Help! A10t stuck in infinite boot loop

Hi all, I'm new here and was hoping someone could help me!
I bought an A10t two months ago and it's been great up until now, but yesterday I went to turn it on to find that it's stuck in a boot loop. I have not modified it in any way and it is still running the stock OS. I had no installed any new apps recently, either.
The Teclast logo flashes up for about 6 seconds, then the screen turns off. 6 seconds later, this happens again, and again, and again, and keeps going until the battery goes flat.
I've tried connecting it to the computer but the tablet doesn't come up. I've also tried pressing the reset button but it doesn't seem like there's a button to push inside the hole. Is there anything else I can try to fix this or am I stuck with a bricked tablet? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help,
    Lisa.

I have not had to use it, but the reset buttons are usually activated with a push from, say a gem clip. That should make for some action ..such as a visual re-boot.

If it was working fine initially, then it probably will again. There is always the path of cleaning off the tablet and reloading all the software. When I first got my A10t and was rooting the device ..I cleaned it off and re-loaded the software three times before i got it the way I wanted it. There are some good tutorials on site about how to do this.

You might read this thread to start.

Thank you so much for your reply.
I tried to reset using a paper clip, but I still couldn't find a button to press in the hole. I've tried paper clips, hair pins and even a needle, and it just seems like there is nothing to press in there.
I looked at the link you posted and I think it stopped the resetting and is letting it connect to the computer! It was trying to install drivers before but failed, so now I'm downloading the drivers and the ICS update. Hopefully this works. Thanks for the link!

EDIT: Fixed! Thanks for your help. I cleared everything off and updated to ICS. Working like a charm now
