I thought I would post my own recent experience with McBub. On 3/4, I decided to buy an ICOO D90w from McBub. Placed the order on their website using paypal, everything seemed okay. Next day, 3/5, I got an email saying it was not in stock, and did I want a refund. Well, I went to their site and logged in, and saw another message in the inbox for my account there. In this message, it was also acknowledged the ICOO wasn't in stock, but suggested 3 options of other tablets they did have. So I decided to switch to the JXD S9000. I emailed back to them, as well as responding to the site's inbox message. Due to the time difference, it always took a full day to get emails back and forth, however, they always responded promptly. After I decided to have the price difference refunded to me, that was quickly done, and everything was finalized. I got a tracking number for DHL, and the tablet was picked up in Shenzhen on 3/13. As of 3/14, it was cleared through Hong Kong, so it should be winging it's way to me fairly shortly. Altogether the customer service was prompt, polite, and responsive. I would say the experience with their customer support was better than i expected, and better than I have gotten from some much larger and well-known companies. Would I recommend them to others? Based on my experience, definitely yes.Ployer Momo 12, Yuandao N80 IPS, Onda V801

Well this is good news about Mcbub.
It may well be possible that the criticism generated in the forums has had a positive impact on their attitude about customer relations. We can only hope that more vendors will take note with continued efforts on both side.

I wouldnt like to post it but they asked for it...
I bought 2 pieces of screen protector for Ipad 2 (which i needed seperately and called Glare-free Matte Privacy Screen Protector with Cleaning Cloth for Apple 9.7" iPad(2-Piece Pack)) with the JXD S9000 I bought...
They've sent a screen protector for JXD, but they didnt send the Ipad 2 screen protectors...
I told them that they have forgotten to add the 2 pieces of screen protectors... Firstly they asked me to -check the package again-, then they asked me to take the pic of what i got two days after the package arrival (?) and after seeing the pic, they agreed to send the screen protectors and told me if there was something else i'd like to buy, they would ship it...I bought something and told them the order number of what i bought.
After the purchase, they told me that they would send the Ipad 2 screen protector but also told me that i've only bought one piece...:S
Look, i might seem to be a stubborn guy (and which i am if my rights are concerned) but they should stop doing this...especially for just a goddamn screen protector set... They are going to lose customers...
I still didnt forget that they had made me wait for the tablet that is -in stock- for 10 days, too...

If i would ask for a refund, they would ask me the same stuff- they claimed that i received the screen protectors.
Having emphaty is great and all but the point is, for the sake of customer experience they shouldnt make a fuzz about asking what i got, making me check the package 4 times just for these....
