    Androidtabletbay.com Booooo Hissssss

I just want to issue a strong warning against buying anything from androidtabletbay.com. They have very low prices, but wasted money is expensive no matter what.

I ordered a Flytouch 6 ***** V10 10 Inch Android 4.0 Tablet with GPS, HDMI for my son for his birthday. He found it online and the price was right. I had some reservations about ordering from a company based in China, but I gave it a shot.

Their website swears they'll replace or repair any tablet that is broken in shipping.

    Lies.

The tablet arrived with one long crack down the length of its screen and it would not respond to touch. I emailed the company half a dozen times asking what could be done about it. I wasn't even asking for a free replacement, just an affordable repair. I never got an answer.

I promised them in my last email attempt that, without an answer from them, I'd do my best to spread the negative word about their non-existent customer service. So, here it is.

BTW, I have read a couple of stories about people getting their tablets without a problem, but even so, they still fail to respond to any email after the sale is made. Buyer beware.

Unfortunately, your experience seems to be common with Chinese companies. I have learned from reading this forum as well as others that this is to be expected with these companies. Customer support is nonexistent with these companies. I have learned that I will not order from them directly. I think you have a better chance of ordering from importers. At least you can bug them.

One other caveat, you get what you pay for. That cheap tablet is just that. A cheap tablet. It's a gamble that some of us are willing to take. Good luck.

    Bad experience with this people...

Really bad experience with androidtabletbay.com ( euogo.com ). Purchased a Sanei N10 dual core. After unboxing:

    1) Near to the camera, in the screen, there was a fused pixel.
    2) the screen is taking of from the casing near the camera.
    3) THE MOST IMPORTANT ISSUE: The tablet I ordered was dual core CPU, but the CPU I received is SINGLE CORE what I paid 165,87US$ for! Also in the web was mentioned that the CPU speed is 1,5GHz and what I received is 1GHz (!) It is really slow.

No response to my emails and calls from them. After my purchasing I read a lot of posts like mine in all tablets forums and online shops...

IT does seem that all all the Chinese companies are relectunt to refund when the item is faulty, read so many stories like this, The only safe gaurd is Paypal, who do refund the cost of the item if its not significantly as described, but you have to pay for the return postage, and then theres obviosuly a wait whilst the item is sent back. If your buying a tablet then i think IpadAlternative is the best option as tablets are all they do, i have bought two from them recently and both were sent quickly and had been quality checked and were packed so well that it would be imposs for them to be damaged in transit. Just a tip if ur looking to buy from a Chinese seller. )

No, paypal don't protect the item inside if it is as described or not, but only the sending and transport. See the response from paypal when closing the dispute (translated from spanish beside or below, see text in bold):

20/02/2013 00:37 CET - PayPal: El comprador ha elevado esta disputa a reclamación. The buyer has raised the dispute to a claim.
20/02/2013 00:37 CET - Comprador (Buyer): Please, before read this, read the complete history for the openned dispute. They aim to me to send back for returning the damage and mistaken tablet, but do this by DHL as they sent me costs even more than the price of the correct and new tablet (158,25 US$, see this prices in tables at DHL | Panamá | Español ). I think the model they sent is valued about 110 US$ less than one I ordered, so I would accept as I suggest them in the dispute the returning of 100 US$ instead of full price for the tablet sent.As I told you, as a lot of people in the world, I bought this seller because the payment method (paypal), so I am really sure I'll get an according response from you to this case.
18/02/2013 16:19 CET - Comprador: Dear seller,I have not yet received from you the DHL or Fedex account number where charge the costs for the returning of the wrong device to you. As I told you, this cost is more expensive than the bought device, so I still waiting you send me this account #.
16/02/2013 14:59 CET - Comprador: Dear Paypal Personnel:The only reason I took the risk of buying this seller was the paypal payment method, because it is a garantee of refound/response from seller through you. Some people in some tablet forums where I post my case are asking me about the final resolution, I'm sure I will have the chance to post that thank to paypal it was solved. Thanks in advance.
16/02/2013 14:54 CET - Comprador: Dear provider:Why you don't answer my emails and calls since last 5 feb? Why you answer here 11 days after my claims on your web and mail? Are you waiting to spend the time of 14 days for returning as described on your web?No problem in returning the tablet, just send me here the number or account I must use in DHL or Fedex for you assume the sending costs, or maybe are you hoping I assume this cost (158,25 US$ from Panamá to China, almost same price as the tablet...) No, of course I won't assume this cost, so tell me the accont I must charge the returning cost or refound me the price. Even if you send me a DHL account number and I send you back the tablet, are you going to assume the new import taxes (16,93 US$) for the correct tablet? Are you going to refound me this ammount?I will wait for your DHL account number and address for returning, but if you don't want to assume these costs, I would accept considering the value for this single-core tablet instead dual-core, and that it is damaged, about 65,87 US$ almost as the small one I ordered, so I would accept a refound of 100US$ considering I should buy another tablet by amazon or similar and this one I will give as a gift to someone only for browse the web... If you don't accept, please send the DHL account.Dear Paypal Personnel:The only reason I took the isk of buying this seller was the paypal payment method, because it is a garantee of refound/response from seller thanks to you. Some people in tablet forums where I post my case are asking me about the resolution, I'm sure I will can post that thank you it is solved. Thanks in advance.

Did you do an Item not significantly as descrbed claim ?I mean why would that option be there if paypal dont do it ? I talked to a guy from papal the other day and asked about what to do if the item I recieve from China isnt as decscribed, I.E an empty box or something, I asked if it would be better not to even sign for it(Refuse) he said no as If I did that I wouldnt be covered by the item not as described policy, He said what you do is always sign, then open the not as described dipsute with paypal, and once returned you will get you money back. I would phone paypal as something must have gone wrong with the way you have claimed, or someone at paypal has made a mistake.

Yes, not only not significantly as described (different model, it is the same issue as you order a 42" Samsung TV and they send you a 24" Samsung TV, or as you order the new Ipad and they send you the previous model...), but also with external and internal damage. See these details at first on the history claim posted in my previous post, in spanish:

    Motivo(s) del comprador:
    Daño externo
    Daño interno
    Modelo distinto
    Sustitución
(translation in ame order, Buyer motivation(s): External damage, internal damage, Different model, replacement)

Ok, according to the paypal policy as they said on their response to my claim, Paypal would not have problem to give you the money back if really the box would have been empty, but according to their response, if they send you, for example, a 256MB external USB hard disk (maybe because they still have it in stock and it is obsolete) instead of a 1TB external hard disk as you ordered and paid, Paypal will NOT respond (!!), read my history claim... This is exactly what happen to me, not with a hard disk, but with a tablet (same external aspect and manufacturer as described, but obsolete internal components...). Why I didn't return it? I tried, but they didn't give me the RMA (account number from a carrier to send back the item), and of course I was not willing to spend the same amount of the tablet cost to send it back to china by DHL with no garantees of refounding it plus the tablet cost...

The question is, Did androidtabletbuy.com and euogo.com know about this paypal policy and they profited it to take out from their stock obsolete items with no posibilities of returning or refunding for the buyer? Draw your own conclusions...

I think where you have gone wrong is you should have just reported the tablet as faulty ? as if it has different components inside then what is advertised then basically that is what it is , they would have definately given you your money back once the item was returned . Or you should have just reported it as a different item from what you ordered, its like my buying a Harley Davidson and them sending me a mountain bike lol.
