Trouble installing paid apps on JellyBean

Im having trouble getting paid apps to install after I updated to JellyBean. The exact error message Im getting says "Couldn't install on USB Storage or SD card".
Could anyone else try to install a paid app on JB and see if you get the same message?

I just found a temporary solution but it requires another android device which actually can download the app in question. All I did was I downloaded the app on my android phone, made an app backup with es file explorer (this generates an apk file), transferred the file to my tablet and got a successful install

Chrome is the one app I cant find in the Play Store either. I have no idea why its not supported. What you however can do is to download and install Chrome on another Android device, make a backup (with ES File Explorer), copy and install the apk file ES File Explorer produces.

If you need a more step by step instruction on how to do this, let me know and I will help you out

And BTW, if I understood correctly Android no longer supports flash. You could take a look at this article if you want to know why.

maybe can try installing from alternative market...mine also chrome and flash not appear on google play...
but after finding some other source now mine can use flash and chrome...btw seems still my best browser
for my usage is dolphin...
anybody now working build prob tweak working on this tablet?trying samsung gt-i9100 not much different
from original...still cant play some games.

Cannot find google music either. I tried the market fix for the ten15 but it didnt work.
In my opinion there are quite alot of bugs in jb firmware. Whats the experience on ics?
I'll Keep on searching for marketfix and performance tweaks
