First impression on the Jelly Bean update

The first thing that hits you when you when you enter Jelly Bean is the beautiful (and functional) welcome screen. To the left weather information is now included and from the unlock area you can now do the following:

    1.)Unlock and enter UI
    2.)Launch video player
3.)Launch the all new "Google Now"
    4.)Jump into picture albums
    5.)Start camera
    6.)Launch music player
    7.)Launch SmartQ Reader
    8.)Launch Google Maps

    The welcome screen

    The screen lock settings

    Smooooothness

As a part of the Jelly Bean update navigation and transitions in the UI are very very smooth. I have never tried an Android device with this kind of smoothness before. Programs are now sliding in from the corner (though fast) giving switching from one app to the next more of a flow.
Smoothness during web browsing is also massivly improved. There is no lag what so ever sliding through sites and zooming in and out is lightning fast. I do not know how this update will effect gaming as I do very little gaming. But Im sure someone will give feedback on this area in the near future.

All in all, Im VERY happy with this update, which clearly brings out the best of the T30. As it is getting late here in Norway I have to get some sleep, but tomorrow I will try some light battery testing

    Peace out people!
