I think you are over-reacting. I looked around at slatedroid, and found 3 users complaining about the touchscreen, one of them solved it by reverting to an earlier firmware. So I wouldn't be too concerned until you have tablet in hand about any problems, 3 is not a lot.

Maybe so maybe not....but the ICS 4.0.3 version is 20-30% better in benchmarks and in everyday operations...plus many more options and stuff...i would be pissed to revert to v1.0 because of some stupid touch screen issues...wouldn't you be?

my point is, you're assuming you're going to have the problem, and you don't know if you will or not. I'm sure there are many others who are having no problems with their tablets, they are just not posting. And there were a couple users who posted that they updated to 4.0.3 and are satisfied. Just be patient and wait to see what happens. When I ordered my JXD S9000, right after ordering I saw a review where it said the touchscreen sucked. Well, mine has had zero touchscreen problems, and many others also have no problem.

    ^^ word up!

Fr33 @ The way you assume that your device will have the same problems as the other 3 ppl, i guess you will even feel a little disappointed if your device will come without the screen issue

Please save your negative posts till you get the device, or it will be difficult for you to take it back.

Its as will567 said, ppl who do not have any problems will not engage in posting in forums and we always hear the bad stories, and you post so much negative comments even without the device.

True words Dro, which can also result in people who were going to purchase NOT doing so, and potentially the device is sound. Many times you see bad reviews on cars, but when you speak to actual owners they have no issues. Don't be warning people off of something without having some personal knowledge/experience with it. (also we tend to get what we speak, keep speaking the negative, chances are that's what will materialize!)

I didn't post "so many" negative comments....it's more of a head's up for those willing to spend a couple of hundred $$$ for SmartQ tabs. I don't have the tablet but seeing so many problems really makes me wonder. I won't be disappointed if after flashing the latest firmware i won't have touch screen issues...on the contrary i'd be THRILLED!!! Mehh....i'll post a short review after getting the tab..this week i hope.
Andropos did you test the device with all firmwares? Cause if SmartQ changed some components for extra profit that would be really low...and really bad for their image. Anyway i do hope all those cases were isolated ones and we can all enjoy the tab at it's full potential. Cheers!

I hear ya' Franz but I've ordered my Ten3 about a month ago...and still no word on when it'll arrive. I'm pissed off cause of that and seeing people talk about their problems make me nervous. Put yourself in my shoes...wouldn't you be the same? And i never told anyone NOT to buy the T15 or T20...just to be careful and read about them first...so to get a general idea about the pros and cons of it and if it has some problems what are the chances SmartDevices will try to fix them.

I hear yah, I think your concern now is not if it has problems when it arrives, sounds more like IF it arrives! LOL Aaah well, best wishes, keep us informed- good or bad! (Who was it from again?)

No point to continue this off topic discussion here, this thread was posted about T20.

You are welcome to continue speculating about your device in Ten3 sub forum.

    Please!
