Problem installing to external sd

Hi everyone. I am new to this and I am hoping for some help. I have just received a SmartQ S7. I am really pleased with it.
Couple of issues though. Problem with installing from external sd. You can't save anything to card so it seems that you are stuck with 4 gb. I Has anyone else tried custom rom. I am interested in D3Ba rom. I Any info would be grateful.

Im not sure i understand what the problem is.

1. You are trying to install APK's from SD card to to SD?
2. And what cant you save to SD card?
3. Have you tested to format the SD card?
4. Have you tested other SD card?

Firstly thank you very much for the quick reply.
If you install from sd card 9 times out of 10 it says not enough memory either cancel or manage memory. Trouble is when you go to settings you do not have option to move to sd card. You cannot move anything to sd card.
In file explorer you have sd which is internal 4gb and ext sd which i have 16gb.
Complete waste though you can only use the internal. As you can imagine 4gb wont last long.
Have you or anyone you know tried the D3BA rom that is on slatedroid.

Nobody has an idea? Because I have a Smartq T20 since today, which is really amazing :-) but I have exactly the same trouble... I can't move any app on my sdcard (no "move to SD" button), but the device recognize it in "storage". The app Link2SD can't find the sd card . I tried with an other SD card and it is the same problem.... It does the same to you reaper1957?

I have tried 3 forums and nobody seems to know anythjng about these tablets. I have 3 tablets and this one is the best by far. I just wish I could get some info.

OK, i got your meaning now, your title was a bit misleading.
You want to install to SD.

Upgrade to latest V2.0, there is a new option called "SmartStorage"

Hi. Installed v2. Memory works great. Problem with Playstore though. Error (DF-BPA-13)
Also the usual one 921. I have done the obvious options' deleted accounts, even re-installed firmware twice.
Any advice.

Delete accounts wont help, clear the cache on Play and Framework under applications.
