Here are some thoughts on several of the updates. 4.0.1 was the best for a long time. I think that 20120130 is the best at this point. All apps work, you get some of the updates and I think better wifi (not range, but a more consistent connection)
20120215- Overall very happy with this version. Market works, corporate email works, davlik turbo works, quadrant advanced score about 1400. (version 1.6) I do get lock ups while using and have to reboot maybe once per 2 hours. Keep the cache clear and keep tasks killed, don’t use widgets and seem to get good performance. 20120221- appears to have no market, no google apps, seems snappy, wifi score (sitting in same place) defaults to english with no chinese extra aps. wifi works,wifi -70 Installed gaps thru cwm and seems to work now. I also get a working market by installing that zip. I used the gapps.zip provided by pinkflodz from his 0.8 rom. Browsing seems more stable, however sometimes browser won’t close using the home button. The big problem is that the calendar won’t sync, and google maps keeps asking me to sign in, and then says I am already signed in. I also couldn’t use calendar period. Trying to add an event did not work. I assume how installed my gapps cause this issue.
Default score out of the box with 2D acceleration on for GPU Quadrant Advanced 2.0 - 847 Seems very snappy though.

I am going to stay with this for the time being and see if its more reliable than 0215. I will also wait to add Davlik Turbo until after I get a feel for reliability and stability.
So far it works great. I have been using for about 4 days now and its worked very well. No lockups! I have not installed davlik turbo and at this point will not due to its stability. I use it on an exchange server for work and it works like a champ with the stock applications.
0.8 - Just a side note, I always had browser hangups and lockups using the 0.8 rom. Not sure why, but browsing is the most important item I need and with the hangups and such I couldn’t use it. But otherwise I would use it in a heart beat.
