Anyone starting to believe me and others yet that the 4.03 upgrade floating around is not the official Ainol 4.03 upgrade for the Paladin Knight and is dangerous? Be patient people and wait for the official upgrade. All good things come to those who wait. I am sure Ainol wants to remain on top and will get it to us as soon as possible.

Hey there so how do we find out about the official upgrade?? Again I'm new to this, does it happen automatically? Do I have to download it?

The upgrade is most likely ICS 4.0.3 that has been ported from the Novo 7 Elf (I believe is the one Ainol released with 4.0.3) in order to work with the Paladin. The chances of it damaging your device in any permanent fashion are highly improbable. Reports of software with the ability to damage physical hardware are generally exaggerated.
It could, however, contain malware which has the ability to comprimise your personal information.
Is it dangerous? Mehhh..
