Nice to know that you made the 3g dongle connected . can you inform the brand & availability of USB OTG cable and possible the methodology which would benefit others. which ISP you have and how is the speed? TIA

Im in China, using China Unicom.
I used just a USB OTG cable comes with any tablet.

I've tested Huawei E176G with new 4.03 test rom (15/2/2012) the 3G Check mark doesn't get active. Modem is blinking. Even it is in Modem support list it doesn't work...

sir iam jyothish from india, by backing up and resetting my novo 7
knight paldin tab i lost my mobile network settings(likee data
metre,3g connecting option,hardware informations ,modem supporting
list et., sir iam attaching a photo of this missing file along with
this mail),ceratain applications and certain games too.

sir, how can i restore all these applications..

sir i have already downloaded Ainol-paladin apk rar file with 143 mb
from tablet republic site but i dont know how to install this in my
tab..

1 time i tried with this file by holding the power button and +button
short while untill android logo is present on the screen but it
restarts with normal files,,

sir kindly help me...iam waiting for good solution from you as soon
as possible.

MobileManager was in 4.0.1 but somehow disappeared from the first 4.0.3-update. It was however present in the 4.0.3-update that's dated February 15. For your convenience, I uploaded it to Mediafire:
