It will automatically started, as long as you follow the step above. I kind of have the same question but following those steps were really works. If you some error of some weird character, just rename all the folder to normal name e.g C:\Novo7-Paladin instead of the Chinese character error.

I have uploaded the factory firmware here, see first post, i have also renamed the folders to English to avoid problems with Chinese characters.

When done successfully, the tablet's screen will remain off.

The PC, however, should pop up with a message to install drivers for "jz4770 USB boot device." If nothing happens on the PC end, I would recommend resetting your computer. If that doesn't work, I would try going into your device manager and reinstalling the USB serial bus controllers. Also, I'm sure it couldn't hurt to use a powered USB port, preferably one on the back of your tower or laptop (which is usually connected directly to your motherboard).

Note that if your tablet will not turn on after an unsuccessful attempt to enter flashing mode, you can use the reset button near the power controls to get it going again.

You should hear a sound from Window after plugging the USB cable, if you dont:
check USB cable and use USB port on the back of PC, dont use USB hubs or front USB ports.

Thanks for the help. Still can't get it going. I flashed a wrong firmware for this and when I open about my table it says "Ainol NovoA" it should be Ainol Novo Paladin. I cant install through update.zip since stock recovery is gone.
