Just bought my Novo ELF yesterday, but I found that it's a bit laggy compared to my Novo7a
Btw, i'm still try to familiarize myself with this ICS

Downgrade to 2.3.4.. much better now skype is running is running well and market is available by default .. not full access though.. may be will try to run lordsbm script later..

You mean skype with video is working in 2.3.4? How you downgraded i mean is the 2.3.4 firmware available for elf?

Thanks for sharing your experiences. How do you find the battery life after downgrading? Any better than Android 4 ICS? According to pandawill website, some of the drivers are still not complete in the 2.3.4 firmware and they are still waiting for the Ainol staffs to come back after the holidays. Any ideas which drivers are incomplete?

Yes, and skype video call is working fine, btw i'm using Skype_2.5.0.108_v12beta.apk

Sorry, I didn't really test the battery performance before the downgrade since I encounter a lot of FC while running 4.0.1..
