    Hi,
    Sorry, but I don't have one of these units.

    Not sure what to suggest, except perhaps ask in the Aoson M11 forums for anyone who might have had similar problems.

    i got u from forum...
    i have aoson m19 tablet.
    with my nieces,as she tried many time, device is locked and now it is askin for emailand password.
    wwhat is more worsed is that when i clicked to type, it doesnot shows any keypad, instead it shows som AB panel in bottom of screen...nothin happened on pressing any thing..... how to format it ? or how to get keypad back on screen?



    please help me if u can
