Chinese Retail est USD$ 250- North American $300 plus ++

I think the Allwinner chipset will again prove out to be a winner, followed by a Rockchip chipset, time will tell.

space reserved for review. (hopefully I get my hands on it early in the New Year)

My Vendor currently has this posted:
    PRESELL PRODUCT.
LEADING TIME at Jan 28th, 2013.

So we are close, but obviously would not ship before Chinese New Year, so at best this looks like being in my hands the end of February- bummer! I will keep you updated.

It is set for release any day now- some Vendors are taking pre-orders. I believe the first or second week of January- just before Chinese New Year. Hopefully shipped out of the Chinese postal system before that holiday starts.

Just seen a couple of Vendors are promising in stock delivery of this tablet for January 15th- also for the Onda fans a little comparison can be found here: Ainol Novo 9 Firewire vs. Onda V972

I am anxious for news about this tablet and momo19 quad. I haven't seen any news about momo quad core tablets in the forum.

You probably haven't seen it because it hasn't been released yet; here is a teaser for you: tablets-world.com official blog: Quad-Core Retina display king of tablet--Ployer MOMO19 new exposure

As everything starts getting released in January you will see postings.

Do have this ordered, DF ?

It reminds me of the V972 Onda, yet having a bigger battery. I am hoping it has an external switch that can handle volume.

    Neat times!

Waiting anxiously for my supplier to get it. No one has it yet, the earliest I have seen is for January 15. Normally not good to be the first batch earliest adopter, but in this case I am prepared to make an exception.
I have the Onda v811 I got 2 weeks ago, but I just wasn't the happiest with the build feel as compared to the Ainol Hero I got 2 weeks before that. So I have not become an Onda convert in that respect, but the little device does fly and it is smooth.
So hopefully it can get released before the Chinese New Year, with enough lead time that it can clear Chinese post before the New Year starts, otherwise it would get stuck in there for at least 2 weeks extra, has been my experience.
