I have taken the time to translate the ClockWorkMod Recovery menu on SmartQ devices to English, hope some find it useful.

As I understand ...CWM is a recovery tool that makes updates possible without formatting everything.

Am I right?

Then is it basically what I might use for any tablet? I have two for now ...my Teclast A10t Allwinner & the Onda Vi30W.

When I rooted these tablets, it was before CWM was an option. It was nerve racking then. .but seeing I am looking to upgrade the A10t to 4.1 before long ..I hope to make this step soon.

SmartQ devices come preloaded with CMW-recovery for easy upgrading, for some unknown reason SmartQ choose to use a Chinese version instead of the original English. I translated is back to English so SmartQ users can navigate in the Chinese version.

can we have the same version of recovery in english version pls ? anyway how we can change the language in that recovery menu ?
can we flash a latest version of CWM recovery of samsung galaxy tab 10.1 on this one & get other things worked out ? is it possible ? anyone tried that ?
