I placed an order also. Can't wait to see what the devs have in store on ROMs.

Not even looking at dev ROMs yet, I don't know how the Amlogic chip will really perform as the entry level dual-core. It has been maligned in its single core format, so let's see if it has matured.

This is my first also & I hope it performs well. I'm starting to prefer cheaper Chinese made tablets over the more expensive named brand ones.

Well I hope it works out well. One of the benefits of the 'cheaper' Chinese tabs is you can justify having more than one!

Just received the Elf 2, initial impressions-
    1. Faster than single core
    2. Build quality- excellent
    3. Screen quality- non IPS, but, the higher resolution makes a big difference!
    4. Running ICS, stable-will keep until JellyBean becomes available.

Hope you read this before deciding where to buy tablets from.
ordered a u30GT, choosing standard TRACKABLE shipment. pushed them many days to have tracking number. the tracking in HKpost resulted ad "others". Now I'm sure they're LYERS as HK Post sent me an email in which was written " We do not have the above item number in our system". This means they took money and shipped nothing. have asked refund many times.....still now no refund (one month after), only promises and excuses: REDTABLETPC = WORST SERVICE EVER

Further update- the back of the tablet runs HOT!- I had read that the chipset gave off more heat than A10, but this is a bit too much I think, must cause damage over time?
