please Help me to change my keyboard language

I bought newpad newsmy T3 Tablet, Android 4

I set a password in english letters, and I changed my tablet's language to Arabic, and the keyboard now with an arabic letters only!!
Please help me, how can i reset the language of the tablet to english If i can't access to the menu!

I can't change the keyboard language to english, I try to change it by the small keyboard Icon that i have on the screen but there's no choice! the english language is not an option!
I also tried to reset my tablet by the small back bottom, but it was useless!

If you cant switch to English via keyboard then just reflash to default firmware.

how can i do that?
the reset button doesn't help, and i can't access to anything from the tablet

if there are any programs to do this from the PC please tell me which program may help me.
