Try running this script: [Scripts] - Novo7 Advanced-II IceCreamSandwich Google Play Script - SlateDroid.com
Use alternative C.
I used that script on my P85 and it opened up my market, it adds a few google apps aswell.
Make sure you use Google-Play-Script: http://www.mediafire.../?2u26rf7fsh7ay
After the script is done, restart your tablet and then do a factory reset. This is how I got it to work. Just remember all installed apps and settings goes away after doing a factory reset.

Hi Sparta76, thanks for response. I read another forum post and Google play missing apps is solved - this solution need only copy 4 files to system directory....

Today (03.30.2012) on Teclast ftp, there is a new firmware ICS 4.0.3 for the P85, in the android 4.0 directory :

hope that this one will fix things.

Been lurking for a while, and now i need someone to point me in the right direction..

I have a Teclast P85, it came with gingerbread and it was in English.

After downloading the .rar file in megamusty's post and extracting it, I was able to install the driver, use LiveView to flash to ICS, but after the upgrade to ICS, I no longer have english! everything in the menu is Chinese. Im looking to get to the next step of enabling Debug mode but I cant be for sure which one it is since i cant read chinese. I cant be the only one with this issue? plz help

btw, after debug is enabled im looking to run sausagescript like everyone else. thx again!

You can change the language in ICS, youtube is your friend.....

edited: wow it was the first option on the right in the language settings icon. do i feel dumb.. i do had to guess which chinese menu it was tho...fuck

Hi, just bought P85 with ICS 4.0.3 V1.0. I want to update it to the latest firmware. My questions are:
1) How to do it?
2) I have installed several applications, what will happen to them after the updates?
3) Flash player is not working, is there anyway to go about it without the need to update firmware?

Hi There - I just received my P85 with ICS - I find the interphace very nice but am having serious trouble in downloading apps such as Youtube, Facebook, Friendcaster etc - any help

Is there a way to remove the chinese apps the tablet comes with ? I really don`t need these. I also still see a lot of chinese lettering here and there even after updating language - Any help ?

Also is there a tutorial on where to download firmwires and how to apply these - I am considering flashing the thing to GB 2.3 but never did it + Telecast website is all in Chinese.
