Onda vi10 Elite

I just bought Onda Vi10 elite with Android 4.0.3 kernel 1.0, Google play but not full market and always show "your device isn't compatible with this item" when I downloaded Angry bird, Ninja fruit..etc.Need help
I tried Allwinner mod to change build.prop, Allwinner A10 ICS Firmware Google Play Script and [FIXED] Google Play issues (missing apps) but not success

....unless you mean use another camera phone to take a snapshot? I know how iPhone can take a screenshot but for this tablet, I used my iPhone...

ICS have this function built-in.
Press and hold Power button and Volume Up for 2-3 seconds.

Don't have a problem with onda vi10 elite, flash player 11.1 running so smooth in this tab, but my problem is screen, my screen got 2 yellow line, any body can tell me how to fix that issue,

I just buy ONDA VI10 Elite ICS 4.0.8 V 1.0 from Honk Kong Tabmania.
Problems to start correcly and work propely.
First.
Settings application doesnt work wy entry display to set save screen tempo.
"Application is stopped"
Any ideas ?
