Help from experienced users about new tablet

I checked also and I find it is also on this site HAIPAD I7 IPS 1024*600 Multitouch Screen with Android 4.0 Dual Camera 1080P HDMI and has ICS 4.0.3 build 0518.
I am afraid to do upgrade and also do not know which version I have???

As you can see from pics it is saying just 4.0.3 no upgrade or similar.

Also new update: I receive call from my friend who told me that company that produce this tablet send him software for upgrading and fixing this problem so I should expect these days to do service maintenance of my tablet.
I'll post what happened after this operation.
