Boxchip A13(A8 cortex) unbranded. is there a source for the firmware

The new Boxchip A13(A8) corte3x should become very popular because of the low price.
I have two and the first one developed problems straight away.
It now doesn't boot[ beyons the android screen. I presume it needs a flash ROM with the correct firmware img file. Using livesuit the driver seems to load correctly in device manager
but I cannot get the livesuit to recognise an A10 img file which I tried.
I have requested the correct img file from the supplier and hopefully I will get it to work. It may be generic for other A13(A8) cortes tablets. I'm sure there will be a demand for them.
It's ridiculous that the Chinese sell these tablets by the thousand and yet there is no provision for repairing them.
We need some expertise in the UK to be able to sort these things out.

Now i can't use my device. When I am trying to on the device, it goes to hang.

Your tablet needs to have the firmware flashed. There is no point in everyone trying to make livesuit work. It is horrendously timeconsuming. I am offering a service on my website Apricot Mp3 Players

What exactly is the problem with it? I think I have a very similar tablet...is yours from McBub? Mine started to freeze up when I started it up at the Android icon. I was sad that I had bricked it, but I had USB debugging mode enabled so when I plugged it into a computer, it came back to life, and I managed to solve the problem. (In my situation, I had to remove some file I editted with root permissions...=P)
