BMORN V15 Problem- no more 3g functionality

hello, i have a bmorn v15. a few days ago a chinese character notification appeared on the tablet and i just clicked what's supposed to be a "dismiss" button ( i dont understand chinise). little did i know that it had erased all the data on my tablet and also deleted the 3g functionality of the tablet. how can i get it back? the phone, sms and phonebook as well as settings for data connection are missing. it just became an ordinary wi-fi tablet! can someone help me how to restore the original firmware of this device? thank you so much

hi, I faced this issue. But able to overcome by the these apps. For SMS, I downloaded "Pansi SMS", which works great. Fro Calls i downloaded the "Launcher Pro" which will do the needful.
