    Built quality

Today i got my hands on SmartQ S7, which was released in China last week. I had seen photos of the device weeks ago and i was really exited to see the real S7. I must say the built quality is what i expected. The shell is made of good quality plastic (does not feel cheap) and will hopefully give better wifi signal range. All ports are located on right side, and 3 buttons ( + / - and Power) on top right side.

The back of the device have a mash texture which will reduce scratches, finger prints also helps keep your hands from getting warm.

One thing i would like to remark here is the frame around the screen:

The right side of the frame around the screen is 7mm wider then the left border (left: 15mm, right 22m), which makes the device look little bit larger. I guess this space was reserved for touch buttons that are no longer needed in ICS.

    Benchmarks

All Benchmark test are based on stock firmware V1.0.

let me know if there is any special you would like me to test on the S7 and i will try to include it in my full review.

    UPDATE

The SmartQ S7 sample is being shipped to one of our members for a more detailed review, check back for a full review in a week or 2.

    Can a 3D accelerator/gaming test be done?

And also a FPS study, regarding how well the games plays, and if possible how well they also plays online?

    That would be really interesting.

    Thanks!

You can find FPS scores from the benchmark test above. Which online games are you thinking of?
