I mean, the tablet itself certainly supports both portrait and landscape mode, the customized user interface doesn't.

As to me,2GB ram will be a priority to choose.Anyway, this device seems moderate to white-colars for office relaxation.I think OTG function should be mentioned more cuz many people offen carry portable devices with them,a good and user-friendly connetion to other devices would bring them lots of convenieces.

It has really nice build quality, compared to tablets made by vido or icoo...

Ok ...this has me thinking. I have my iPad2 for business; why not this more petite wide screen for fun! Also, I note that when I am viewing web pages on the iPad, I can't read the whole page at once, i.e. ..I am always scrolling the page.
Add to that the bit I read that the RK chip used here is just about as strong as the new cheaper quad cores from Allwinner & ACT.
So what do we have here? It looks to be a "stepping out of the box" by an up and coming tablet maker. This is a new innovative design in a sea of tabs that for he most part, are all alike.
Great design, excellent build, latest OS, adequate performance. It has me thinking!

This tab is growing on me.
There are some nice close up shots here.
PIPO M8 9.4" Android 4.1.1 Dual Core RK3066 1.6GHz 16GB Tablet PC with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Auto Screenshot, Handwriting Input, Capacitive IPS Touch (Black) CE0249B - $228.49 - Affordable 9-9.7" Dual Core Processor
I am not advocating anyone buy here. They look ok, but I have no idea.
One thing mentioned I have not seen ...'handwriting'. Does this tab feature the ability to make notes or draw with a stylus?
Getting even more interesting !.gif)
Video.
