This tablet version can update from the Rom? This tablet seem like is Android 2.2.

It is Android 2.3.4 with Honeycomb User Interface.

I do not believe so, what things would you like to see? If we have time we will try put together a video demo. Maybe even Nebula Nerd himself...

It is basically the Android 2.3.4 firmware that can be found at imp3 forums but fixed with all good features from previous releases and made in English, Chinese applications removed etc...

Thanks, you dont have to bother making a video. I have not seen 2.3.4 on Novo8 and was just curious how is looks and runs on this screen res. Lets see maybe NN will make one soon.

Ainol announced to us some weeks ago about Android 2.3 firmware for Ainol Novo 8 but seems they maybe released a beta release to the Chinese community forums where developers can work on it further but as usual it is a firmware aimed at the Chinese community.

Hopefully we see a official Ainol release soon and with the great work by Nebula Nerd we can expect a nice clean rom with all the good stuff working as it should with English language being set to default.
