Post How to install CWM 5 and Cyanomod 9 on A10T

This is a complete wipe you will lose everything on your device and internal sdcard doing this procedure its not 100% but its the best so far.

you need to copy these files to a location on your hdd for example d:\cwm5\:-

    http://tabletrepublic.com/forum/down...do=file&id=125

    recovery.img (from cwm-5.5.0.4_910i.rar)
    cm9_nightly_zip download the latest build
910i_compatibility vx.x.x download the latest build
    a10tRecovery.apk
    gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip

Presently some people are having issues with some of the files, I have confirmed the below files all work fine, presently using these files on my tablet.

    cm9_nightly_20120604.zip
    910i_to_a10t_compatibility_1.0.7.zip
    gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip

next install the teclast v1.11 firmware using the livesuite tools.
You may find the first boot keeps popping up errors for exchange or process, just reboot the device again and these will disappear. (BUG)
let it reboot, change language as required.
take it out of debug mode (settings, developer)

Plug the tablet into your computer

Copy all the files to the root directory of your internal sdcard of the tablet.
revovery.img (you need to extraxt this from the cwm5 zip file)
    CM9 zip file
    gapps zip file
    compatibility zip file
    a10trecovery.apk file

Run a10trecovery.apk using a file manager on the tablet and then install, then open

Select install cwm option and tap it until it states its installed.
    Select boot into recovery mode.

Your tablet will reboot into recovery mode.

    select install zip from sdcard

    choose zip from internal sdcard
    -choose from internal sdcard
    --select cm9_nightly_xxxxxxxxx.zip (YES)

    choose zip from internal sdcard
    -choose from internal sdcard
    --select gapps-ics-20120429-signed.zip (YES)

    choose zip from internal sdcard
    -choose from internal sdcard
    --select 910i_compatibility_x.x.x.zip (YES)

    Reboot system now.

FOR THOSE JUST UPDATING THE "cm9_nightly" YOU HAVE TO RE-INSTALL THE COMPATIBILITY SCRIPT THIS IS VERY VERY IMPORTANT.

Also do this before installing the zips...

    wipe data/factory reset
    wipe cache
    advance
    -wipe Dalvik
    -wipe Battery
    -install files

A nice guide but i want to point out some problems which i am having at the moment with this setup!!!
    1. If we first install the ICS v1.04 we will have the system partition of 252 mb size
    2. then if we install the CM9 the sapce in system partition is not enough for full gapps installation
    3. if you proceed like that some gapp libs will not copy
    4. after installing the compatibility zip every thing will seems to be ok BUT..
    5. you will not be able to use voice or video chat in gtalk may be some other problem in gapps, so ....

the best option is to install the pwn3d-1.0.1_1 rom using the live suit instead of Teclast v1.04 because pwn3d-1.0.1_1 have the system partition 350 mb . and follow the same remaining procedure . in this way we can easily install the full gapps and few more things

this is the link for rom

I wonder if upping a little more will improve performance.

    1. You can see this in adb shell using df command
    2. I did not say that it will improve performance. i said we need more space because we want to install full gapps. if we don't do this, some libraries will remain missing as we can not delete any file from cm9 system partion to make some space for libs (no Chinese or other unnecessary apps in app folder .

testing this atm and it appears the touchscreen does not work with the momo firmware on the a10t.

confirmed touchscreen does not work with the momo firmware, we need another rom with the different rom if we want the 350mb

seems the hadron mentioned firmware is not the best thing to use at the moment, looking for an alternative

yeah stay away from the momo firmware, I am looking to see if there is another firmware we can use to actually format the partition size to what we need.
I did notice some off the apk's in the cwm9 would work right, and the talk and speach stuff force closed, as hadron stated this is more likely we have run out of system partition on our current builds.
